Because EFT (The Emotional Freedom Technique) is primarily applied to medical
problems and because most books and articles on the subject relate to serious
illnesses and conditions, I decided to apply the technique to common social inhibitions.
I asked for input for examples and included some of my own.
The thesis: EFT lets you stop caring what other people think of you and start accepting yourself, deeply and completely. Only then can you truly care about others.

The examples in my ebook are not. They are:

- embarrassment
- world judgment
- shame
- fear of height
- loneliness
- fear of success
- educational inferiority feeling
- fear of intimacy
The process erases the problem IF the right source of the problem is addressed
in the set-up phrase. Because the source is often unconscious, BRAINSWEEP
is used in conjunction with EFT.
EFT can be effectively demonstrated as the results are dramatic.
The practitioner asks a volunteer to state a problem and
how he or she feels about it from one to ten. The volunteer
creates an appropriate set-up phrase and then taps the acupressure
points twice. The volunteer than states how he feels about the problem
from one to ten.
The number drops dramatically. The success rate is phenomenally high.
